About this property

"Birchfield" - close to city centre, 4-bed ensuite

  • "Birchfield" is a large Victorian house with four bedrooms, all en-suite (three have king- sized beds and the smallest room has twin beds). Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen/diner and a separate lounge. Our properties are just outside the the city walls in an ideal location for visiting all York has to offer and a easy walk from the train station or to the racecourse. They are two minutes walk from the popular 'Bishy Road' with its independent shops and cafes and from there it is a short stroll across Skeldergate Bridge on the River Ouse into the historic city centre.
