Apartment 28 Hudson Quarter Luxury Apartments - sleeps 4 guests in 1 bedroom

Apartment 28 is our stunning 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom third floor apartment located in the new Hudson Quarter Development. Sleeping 4 guests and superbly situated within York's city wall and just a 2 minute walk away from York Train station, whilst being away from the hustle and bustle of York City Centre. The Location does not get much better than this! Tourist attractions such as York Minster and The Shambles are within easy walking distance and there is an array of pubs, shops and restaurants nearby.

Heading into the apartment building you will instantly see that everything is furnished to an extremely high standard offering a welcoming and luxury first impression. Into the apartment you will see a cosy open plan living/dining and kitchen area. The living area is fitted with a comfortable sofa bed which can be pulled out to sleep an extra 2 guests. There is also a Large flat screen Smart Tv perfect to log into your Netflix and watch your favourite series after a long day exploring York. Underfloor heating is also provided throughout the living area.

The contemporary kitchen area offers high quality fixtures and fittings and appliances such as an electric oven and hob, full fridge freezer and integrated dishwasher for your use. The undercounter lighting and modern finishes complement the living area perfectly. There is also a washer/dryer available for your use. Basic cooking equipment is provided to make a basic meal and all your cutlery and crockery is also provided throughout your stay.

The bedroom offers an extremely comfortable double bed with hotel quality bed linens and towels provided. There is a internally illuminated wardrobe in the bedroom alongside the stunning décor offering a sense of luxury to the bedroom.

The spacious bathroom offers a large walk in shower and contemporary tiling throughout.

High speed WIFI is provided throughout your stay, alongside ironing facilities and a hairdryer offering you the options to pack a little lighter. A travel cot it also provided for those travelling with little ones. However we do not provide the linen for this.

Sadly this property offers no parking, we recommend travelling by train as the location is perfect to reach from the train station. However if you would prefer to drive, there are nearby pay and display car parks at NCP Tanner Row or there is York Railway Station Long Stay car park.

This property is perfect for any type of stay, whether you are a family, a corporate booking or a couples retreat, you will not be disappointed!

Perfect Break

This was a super convenient place to stay in a really quiet and cosy complex. Really thorough instructions also on how to access the flat which made check in very easy. The flat was perfect for a weekend break with a really comfy bed and everything you needed. Super close to the train station and to the town centre. Everything was very clean and the shared garden out the front was nice to sit in and read a book.

Best location, perfect place

This place was 2 mins walk from the station. It was so convevient and it was about 5-7 mins walk to the city which was so convenient too. The room was so big and there was plenty of space. There were all things you want in the apartment. Feel like home!! Everything is perfect and safe. If I come back to York again, I definitely choose this place.

Brilliant Location

Great location!

This is a great location to stay for a visit to York. The apartment is conveniently located especially if you are arriving by rail. It was clean and quiet while also being within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. Communication was excellent as well. Thank you!

An ideal location for us when on our travels, a stones throw from the station. Had everything we needed, very modern and the grounds were stunning, the lift access was easy and everything was very clean and well maintained, you can see the property is very well looked after.

I stayed at Hudson Apartments for the first time for two nights, as I needed to take a rest break from travelling due to being severely disabled and suffering from chronic conditions. - perfect location close to train station literally a few minutes walk from the apartment - checkin easy and accessible - lifts available in apartment block - private and quiet residence - within walking distance to all amenities and tourist attractions cathedral, museum etc - hosts was very supportive and accommodating for my allergies and situation - bamboo sheet bedding hypoallergenic - stainless steel pans, glass dish and utensils all available and of good quality - apartment cute and stylish

Loved our stay

we loved our time here, the apartment was so nice. It was decorated so nice inside. The bed was very comfy, there was only two of us but there was a sofa bed so we may bring along our little one next time! Right in the centre of York and literally a minutes walk from the train station. I would've found it pretty hard to locate but the hosts sent such a details instruction leaflet it was brilliant. Easy to find, flexible self check in process. Loved every second.

Excellent location!

The only negatives were the very poor sofa in the livingroom, the unit does not have a micro-wave, need more than six hangers. Could use some instructions for the dryer. Other than that we would certainly stay here again.
