4 Crambeck Court is a very comfortable, well-equipped apartment, with a king-size ensuite room, a twin room, bright and airy lounge and dining area in a small development conveniently located inside York's medieval city walls. 4 Crambeck is ideally situated for exploring York's innumerable, world renowned visitor attractions. It also offers a perfect base from which to discover the Yorkshire Dales, coastline and North Yorkshire National Park in the nearby area.
The city centre location means that shops, cafes and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. For a relaxing change of pace, Rowntree Park (20 acres) with lake, playground and picnic areas is a pleasant ten minutes' walk away along the bank of the River Ouse.
Crambeck Court's unique position offers a sample of York's rich historical ambiance without ever leaving the apartment. The sitting room windows overlook a neighbouring Anglo-Saxon church which is reputed to be the oldest ecclesiastical structure in York.
Please note regarding access that the keys will need to be collected from the Stays York office during office hours. Outside office hours a meet and greet at the apartment building will be arranged. Upon departure the keys need to be returned to the Stays York office.

Stay with my son and daughter for 3 days for my birthday. 5th june till 8th june 2024
Its an ideal location for everything bars,cafes shops, restaurants. . We were on the second floor not bad it had 13 steps both my son and daughter have more mobility problems but it wasn't a problem for them Not fare for railway station. All positives, except the WiFi would keep going off.We had to keep pressing the router in passage to change the channels over.that was the only negative good place to stay .I have reported the WiFi problem at the office today .

Central flat in York
Nice flat near the centre of York everything you need for a pleasant stay. Parking is for small cars only
We loved the place !
We are a family of four, stayed at the flat for almost a month and it felt like a second home to us. Very comfortable bedrooms, functional bathrooms and spacious kitchen. Big living room with books & travelling York info for tourist.
Location - five minutes to town, and few minutes to supermarket.
Would love to revisit the Crambeck Court again.

Very well located for centre of York and although the parking space is tight it is a big bonus to have.
Thank you to Brian for the warm welcome when he gave us the keys.
Kitchen was well stocked with equipment.

New Year Stay in York
Beautiful apartment in a great location. Couldn’t have asked for anything more, perfect size, great layout. Only negatives were the heating, it was either hot or cold, don’t seem to be any in between maybe due to heaters and not being radiators.
Blinds in the main bedroom, could have done with a blackout blind. Could also hear people at 3am, presumably on their way home, can live with that as we’ve been there and done it before!
Overall was a fab stay and would defo return. x
Property is in a great location for exploring the City with good facilities, secure parking is a bonus but could be a challenge to get into with anything larger than a family saloon.

Convenient location, good facilities but could do with some updating.
We had stayed at Crambeck Court about seven years ago and were aware of its convenient location for easy access to the City and its attractions. Availability of secure parking was an added bonus, though manoeuvring space is somewhat limited, especially for larger cars. There can be some noise from the road outside at night with people returning from the city.

4 Crambeck Court - Good Location, Comfortable Flat
We have stayed at this flat for a number of years and have always found it well equipped and comfortable. There are some signs of wear and tear eg The surface of the kitchen top is lifting, the roller blind in the bathroom is stained , however overall these did not detract from our holiday.
Apartment was really nice, very clean and comfortable, very well equipped, lovely comfy beds, would defo stay again.

We have stayed here 4 times and the apartment is well maintained, in an excellent location and very well appointed.
Ideal for 1 or 2 couples and very quiet and completely secure with on site parking a real bonus.
