Public car park, £5 per day. Electric vehicle charging point. No smoking.. 109 Nunnery is delightful property located just moments from the heart of the historic city of York. Set over three floors you enter the property on the ground floor into the open plan living space. This is a great area to relax with comfortable seating. The kitchen area is well equipped for all your culinary needs along with a dining area complete with a table which seats six people and also converts into a full-size pool table, should you not wish to dine out in the many restaurants close by. On the first floor you have two bedrooms, one which is the master bedroom with a king size bed and the other with a single. On the same floor you have a gorgeous bathroom which boasts a deep tub where you can sit back and relax after a day’s exploring, you also have a shower cubicle and underfloor heating. Up another flight of stairs, you have an attic bedroom with a double bed which can be split into twins on request. To the rear of the property, you have a lovely private courtyard area which is ideal to have a glass of fizz al fresco style in the warm summer months.

    York is the one of the most visited cities outside of London and is popular throughout the whole year with numerous festivals and magical Christmas markets. In addition, 109 is situated just off ‘Bishy Road’ that recently beat 230 contenders to be crowned Britain’s Best High Street. You also have many attractions within walking distance from the property including the iconic minster, Railway Museum and Clifford’s Tower; admire the beautiful architecture at the Merchant Adventurers’ Hall, step back in time at the Jorvik Centre and the Castle Museum. Stroll along the cobbles down the world-famous Shambles or take one of the terrifying night-time ghost walks which are a must. Fishing available nearby.

    109 Nunnery (Ref UKC4958) can be booked with 107 Nunnery (Ref UKC4957), and Spencer House (ref UKC4959) nearby, to accommodate up to 16 guests.
