This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo is the left side of a recently updated duplex and is located steps away from downtown York Beach, Short and Long Sands Beaches and many other attractions that York has to offer.
This condo comes with onsite parking, and a large backyard to enjoy the sunshine with friends and family. Enjoy the beautiful flowers out front and close proximity to some of southern Maine's most beautiful beaches - your vacation away awaits!
The vacation home has been recently outfitted with new windows , siding, and a new deck off the back, making this cottage a great care-free spot for a vacation in any season, Spring, Summer or for example in the Fall, enjoy quiet leaf peepers season.

The condo is also conveniently located within driving distance to many local Hospitals, Clinics and / or the Kittery Naval Shipyard for your 3+ Months assignments. Fall through Sprint time.
