"Mr. Kim is really what made this property a big 5 stars. He drove us all over, gave us tips and taught us about the local culture. Mr. Kim made our stay wonderful! Location was perfect with great restaurants, grocery and drug store within a few minutes walk. We also discovered a great area by the river where I had my morning runs along a beautiful path, hubby worked out a the playground and kiddos played as well. The only negative was that there is no living room for the family to gather....

"We spent 2 nights before flying out of Narita airport and chose this location because of its location. The outlet mall is a 10 min walk down a rural one lane road but once there, you have great access to shops and great little restaurants. Only bad thing we encountered was taxis do not run early and getting my daughter to the airport for her flight at 9 was a nightmare. We had to wake the owner to get help with transportation. She was amazing and helped us even though we woke her up so early &...

"外観はちょっと古めの一戸建てですが、内装はリフォームされていて清潔感があります。 ベッドが気温の低い時期は寒く感じると思うので、毛布や厚手の寝巻きを用意しておくことをお勧めします。 冷暖房がエアコンのみなので、つけっぱなしにすると乾燥しがちです。加湿器が欲しい所です。 Wifiはホテルや集合住宅と比較してかなり高速です。上下共300Mbps以上を計測しました。 屋内BBQ可能とありますが、ごく一般的なガスコンロのキッチンです。調理器具も用意されているので食材を用意すれば普通に料理が可能ですが、炭火の網焼き等はできません。 間取りはかなり広いと思いました。和洋室すべてに布団を敷き詰めたら10人程度は宿泊できそうな広さです。 浴槽は少し小さめです。足をのばしてゆったり入れるようなタイプでは無く、数十年前の一般住宅にありがちな深い長方形のタイプです。 また、リビングの張り紙にも記載されていますが、近隣に住宅があるため深夜に大騒ぎできるような立地ではない点にご注意ください。"
