We stayed in 3 other hotels during our trip and this was our least favorite. It was a step up from Motel 6. There was garbage left in the room from a previous guest next to the bedside table, I didn't like the bathroom and it just seemed like too much outdated items in the room for its size. Great hotel to stay in, and clean rooms with great staff help. Close by Ariake station and other convenient stores and near a shopping mall as well. Definitely, recommend to anyone who is traveling to Tokyo Japan.
