Staff were very polite and fulfilled our requests well. The lobby, lifts and toilets on the first floor were well-decorated and maintained, however, the furniture and toilet in the room was rather old and worn.

Friendly Staffs, helpful, average breakfast menus, more to local tastes, room space excellent but interior and bathroom looks old, location in malioboro and very convenient for shopping and 20minutes to Airport. If you're not fussy customer, you will love this place.

Location was good but room is rather old and dusty. Water basin was not working properly. The only plus point is the good location.

Strategic hotel
It was a nice stay in this hotel, even though it' s look like a very old hotel, but had good breakfast. Clean and large room. Location is superb in the center of Jalan Maliboro plenty shops and eateries near by the hotel.
The hotel is perfectly located, 5 min away from the station, 2 min fron shopping mall, really in the center of the city. I felt really comfortable there and would definitely go back if I have the chance! The breakfast was great and the people really helpful. Only little thing, there is no safe in the room, so you have to give your things everytime at the reception.

Perfecte locatie
Locatie is perfect, alleen kamer heeft wat onderhoud nodig en tijd voor vernieuwing.
Het hotel wilde pertinent niet onze boeking uitvoeren als
We niet extra gingen betalen voor onze dochter. Dit terwijl we een familiekamer met extra bed hadden geboekt. Dit stond ook zo in de reservering. Uiteindelijk ons geld teruggeëist en een ander hotel opgezocht.

You are requested to call Expedia upon request from Expedia but you are not welcome, our officers work on the order of booking, while extra beds are newly requested and unpaid on Expedia, so our officers ask for extra bed payment to you. Saat puasa dimutiara.
Saat mandi hari pertama handuk belum ada padahal slesai mandi, mungkin lupa . Karena sy puasa makanan untuk sahur perlu diperbaiki, jadi selama sahur saya beli diluar,untuk pelayanan cukup bagus.

De locatie is prima; in het centrum van Malioboro, Jogjakarta.
Het personeel is weliswaar vriendelijk, maar aandacht voor netheid van de kamers is een grote aandachtspunt. De kamers ruiken niet fris, er zijn mieren in de badkamer, rooster van de airco is smerig.

No esta mal por el precio
Todo bien, el hotel es bastante viejito, necesita un upgrade! la Zona es Buena, la habitacion bastante limpia pero ya merece que lo remodelen. La ducha no funcionaba bien
saya memesan yg duluxe mengapa menjadi standar, itu pun pelanggan yg aktif mengejar ketersediaan kamar setelah pelanggan bayar cash via online...jika sdh penuh mengapa pembayaran msh diterima ?
