I think is an amazing hotel with amazing staff. They are incredibly knowledgeable front desk workers. I wish I could communicate with them more in English, however, it’s more or less my fault for not speaking the best Korean. The front desk worker helped me when my toilet got clogged and brought me a plunger. Which was a little embarrassing but he was incredibly nice about it. Thank you so much for making my Korean experience great!

전반적으로 쾌적하고 만족스러웠음. 차를 렌트하지 않았고 택시 외 교통편을 모르겠어 택시로만 이용해다녔는데 카카오택시 꽤 잡혀 아주 불편하지는 않았음. 하지만 무엇때문인지 낮동안 가족 모두의 귀를 불편하게 하는 소음과 진동이 계속 있었음. 방화턱처럼 안내해줬으면 좋겠음. 그래도 나갔다가 들어오니 밤엔 다행히 소음이 없어 잘 잤음. 또 미리 안내는 받았는데 체크인하는데 30분 걸렸고 불편한 엘리베이터 시스템으로 체크인&아웃시 한참의 시간을 버림.

Elevators are terrible. It needs to be reprogrammed or the staff just needs to stop messing with it. It’s an apparent problem because they have signs next to the elevator that says they manually control the elevators during busy times. I’ve had to wait for the elevators for 10 mins multiple times during my stay. We waited just watching the numerous elevators as they proceeded down or up past our floor completely, skipping our floor altogether. You also have to pay additional 15,000 won to use the pool. First time I’ve been to a hotel, not a resort, that charged separate fee to use a very simple, small and common hotel pool. I was so confused. It’s definitively not worth the extra money.

It was very clean and calm. Very convenient location to use the cruise, zipline, and cable cars. The lobby was beautiful to look at and the people in the cafe and in the lobby had incredible service and were very helpful. But most of all, the view from the 22nd floor was magnificent.
