"The bed was comfortable and Internet access was great. Transportation was readily available. I opted to eat at other places. My one complaint is no electrical outlets or usb charging near the bed. Actually had this in numerous rooms at this hotel also. So it’s not just one room. "

"Came all the way from the UK, we’ve had an amazing stay. The staff are very friendly and speak English which helps if your Korean isn’t great, the cleaner is very friendly and greeted us every time we see her! Room is cleaned everyday and fresh water and towels are put out too. Facilities within the room and bathroom are amazing too! Will definitely be returning to South Korea!"
