"It didnโ€™t feel as clean or polished as I expected for a five-star hotel, which was a bit disappointing. I was also unhappy that the sauna required an additional fee, and that the room wasnโ€™t ready on time. Although they apologized for the delay, I appreciated that they helped upgrade me to a room with a Han River view, and overall I was satisfied with that part even though check-in was a little late. The lounge also had less food than I expected, and they didnโ€™t really have the snacks I like. I could see myself visiting again, but considering the price, Iโ€™m not sure if I would choose to stay there again."
