" I had the worst experience at [MOX Hotel] in Sapanca. The room was filthy, smelled of mold, and the door handle was broken. The indoor pool was unusable, breakfast was awful, and the location/view was nothing like advertised. I paid for two nights but could only endure one. The lack of service was shocking—I had to change the mattress cover myself. Not recommended at all."

Gayet kibar ancak konakladığımız bungalov‘un manzarası sıfırdı ve internet sitesinde bundan hiç bahsedilmemişti bu biraz canimizi sıktı genel olarak mutfak malzemeleri kullanılan eşyalar kalitesiz üçüncü sınıftı biraz fiyat performans tatili denebilir gittiğim için pişman olmadım. Yeni yapılan yerleri muhtemelen daha güzel olacak bir daha gidecek olursam onları tercih ederim diye düşünüyorum yine de her şey için kendisine teşekkür ederiz"

"Place was confortable and clean. Rooms are very nice, also Breakfast was quite good, for a holiday hotel is perfect. However we had a couple of issues: When we arrived they told us that we could only stay 1 night even we had received a confirmation for 7 nights because they had some private parties the next 2 days. They said that in Turkey pages like Hotels.com dont work properly and they could not inform us in advance. Fortunaly they were able to sort it out and we stayed there the whole week...
