The rooms were great — we loved the design and the view. They were spacious and very clean. The outdoor (salt) pool was fantastic. The kids’ playground, however, was a bit disappointing. There were two staff members there, but they weren’t really engaging or playing with the children — it would be nice if they were more involved.
Dinner and breakfast were delicious, so thanks to the chefs! During the day, there were some gaps when it was hard to find snacks (except at the café). The café is a good option, but after all, we came for the hotel service and some extraordinary tastes.
The massage service seemed a bit overpriced compared to similar hotels, so we didn’t try it this time. There was an ATV tour nearby, which was a nice activity, although the vehicles could be in better condition.
Overall, we were pleased with our stay — thank you for the good service!
