Situated in the established School Draw neighbourhood, you’ll enjoy the peace and quiet of a residential area while remaining close to all that Yellowknife has to offer. Step outside to nearby trails at Tin Can Hill that wind through the forest—perfect for a morning walk, birdwatching, or catching the northern lights on a crisp evening. Downtown Yellowknife, local shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions are all just a short drive or walk away, giving you the ideal balance of tranquility and convenience.

If the booked guest isn’t present at check-in without being verified as a business traveller or without previous arrangement with either Nico or Liz, we will be unable to host and the stay will be non-refundable.
