"Such a great property. Amazing view from the upstairs bedroom. We loved having breakfast on the terrace every morning and relaxing by the pool in the afternoon. Effie and Francisco were great. I speak minimal Spanish but we got by. You will definitely get your steps in if you stay here. We’ve stayed in the hills before so we are used to it. Getting a cab is no problem though. We would definitely stay here again."

"We had a lovely stay at this property with our family and close friends. It was our second visit to Bucerias. We enjoyed the proximity to local shops, restaurants in the beach. The house was a nice size with the bedroom layouts working for two separate families with children. The beds were very comfortable. "The unit was what we expected and signed up for. Host instructions were very thorough and it was easy to get into. Its located up a hill so if you dont want to carry bags you employ a wheel barrow or ATV taxi. Everything is close with wonderful restaurants and helpful friendly locals. It wouldn't be a kitchen I prefer to cook in as there are no condiments etc to use and the pots and pans are scratched up. The unit is decorated as the photos show but it is darker than it appears in the photos."

"Photos do not do this property justice. Exquisite views with many terraces. Everything functions fine, perfect for a relaxing stay in a great area. Literally a 10 min beautiful stroll to the beach. Great restaurants nearby. What more can you need. Lourdes was very accommodating and helpful. She made me feel at home giving us a great itinerary before our arrival. This vacation was plug and play. 8 nights of awesomeness! Will be back!"
