Lovely home atmosphere at the hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, food was good quality. Metro and buses very close, many places of interest close by. Nice touches in the hotel such as a room with free tea and coffee, books and sofas for guests to use at any time. Very good amenities in the rooms.

Отличное расположение, очень отзывчивый персонал, класный завтрак, хорошая СПА-зона. НО все впечатления об отеле портят номера (по крайней мере номер 411). Номер темный, ковровое покрытие и тумбы в пятнах, качество уборки на 3 (мусор на полу в комнате и санузле).

Очень уютный небольшой отель в самом центре города за вполне приемлемую цену. Всё очень опрятно, чисто. В номере есть всё необходимое. На 4-м этаже небольшой фитнес-центр. Тренажеры мне не интересны. Но очень приятные сауна, хамам и, особенно, массажное кресло. Все есть: тапочки, килт, полотенца, шапки, сок-вода попить. Включенный завтрак - шведский стол. Всё достаточно разнообразно и вкусно приготовлено. Персонал очень любезен и приветлив. Удобная парковка у отеля со двора. Рекомендую всем, кто хотел бы с удобствами и не дорого расположиться в центре Екатеринбурга.

The reviews for this hotel are excellent and the pictures are fabulous, so we arrived at the place with great anticipation. The reality was slightly different. First it is one of the city's main streets and is actually quite a small hotel. The reception is tiny while the room was also diminutive. What, however, is surreal is the number of staff who work in the hotel and the total lack of any foreign languages spoken let alone English. The restaurant is expensive but the service is comical. We requested hot milk for coffee but got the reply, "not today". The "waitress" not only gave no reason but giggled at the request. This was not customer first but the customer's an idiot type of behaviour, particularily as another customer eventually came to our help and got the hot milk. The TV has a selection of English speaking films which took 3 telephone calls to access. The hotel has a French feel to it with paintings of France on the wall and French music playing in the public areas. The hotel needs a small refurbishment and some English (or even French) speaking staff before the World Cup in June!!!

Жили на 4 этаже, было ощущение, что перекрытия деревянные, а наверху зоопарк со слонами. При этом, другого шума не было, видимо ламинат или паркет без должной звукоизоляции. Сантехника изношена, где-то следы плесени. В остальном на «4-». Отель, как обычно, сильно перехвален в отзывах на TA. Больше желания приехать не возникнет, это точно. Но могло быть и хуже.
