    - Access to Roof Garden with pool and common areas

    Guest Access:
    The loft is located in a secure complex with controlled access. Enter using the keys provided by the security staff. Common areas, including the gym and pool, are shared.

    The Neighborhood:
    The neighborhood of Oaxtepec Centro is quiet and family-friendly. Within a short distance, you will find tourist attractions like Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, along with shops and restaurants. Enjoy a relaxed and accessible atmosphere perfect for your stay.

    Getting Around:
    We recommend getting around by car or taking a taxi. There are nearby taxi stands for your convenience. Additionally, there is free parking at the complex.

    Upon check-in, and as a mandatory requirement to enter the condominium, the tenant must leave the following deposits as a guarantee:

    a) $1,000.00 MXN as a security deposit for the remote control of the automatic gate.

    b) $1,000.00 MXN as a deposit for any fines, damages, and/or violations of the condominium regulations, common areas, and private areas of the condominium.

    These deposits will be refunded once the assigned staff verifies that there are no infractions, fines, or damages to the condominium regulations, common areas, or private areas, and that the remote control for the automatic gate has been returned in good working condition.
