Stunning brand-new home located in the prestigious Silverwood's Estate. The Black Bull Golf Course on your back doorstep. Just a short stroll to Lake Mulwala

From the putting green on every golfer's wish list. The beautiful inground solar heated swimming pool, available to enjoy those Summer days with family and friends.
For the boating enthusiasts, there is plenty of parking for boats and trailers.

The outdoor entertaining area is equipped with a large BBQ and TV.
