Ox Hotel Carlisle
"Never dream of staying there. Didn't even stay, seen the room and turned around. Stains everywhere, dirty and refused a full refund. Awful!"

"Just on the way home from the most fantastic stay at Julie’s lodge in Bassenthwaite!The lodge was beautiful and had everything you need, and the location was absolutely stunning !Without a doubt a definite 10/10 If you book this lodge you will not be disappointed."

A beautiful Cabin on the 5 star White Cross Bay in a quiet area of the park -
"I left my mobile phone behind it took 9 days to get it back despite sending self addressed envelope with pre paid postage. They would not take it to a post box / office. Getting in touch by phone is extremely difficult. Shame as the Lodge was well appointed and in a nice setting. We had no hot water ..."
