Unique setting, right along the river. Close to mineral baths which cost 10 Soles/person. Good food in the restaurant.

We only stayed here one night while on a 2-day tour of Colca Canyon, but we all left saying we would love to come back here and stay for at least 3 nights. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the surrounding area is just beautiful! The service was great, and our meals at the restaurant were delicious.

Great experience, definitely recommended
The hotel is gorgeous, it's definitely a great hotel, different to any I've been before. From the outsides the rooms looks like little houses and are luxurious from the inside. The infrastructure of the hotel is beautiful, the views, everything. The pools look great, but they are really cold, even the warm one depends on the weather, si you have to be lucky it's sunny while you stay there. The restaurant is beautiful too and the food is delicious, not too expensive, but be aware of the price. There are also thermal waters outside the hotel, but really near; you have to pay S/.6, but I do not recommend them, because I don't know if its because I went there or another reason, but I got like a little skin allergy and I was itchy all the week. As I said, I'm not sure it it happen because of the thermal waters or what, but it depends on you. We have a little confusion with the hotel, because we bought a bottle of wine that was on our mini fridge, but the princes weren't upgraded. So when we did the check out they wanted us to pay like 3 times the price. We explained that in our room it said another price and we should pay for what they expected, because if we would have known that, we wouldn't buy the bottle of whine. The personal of the hotel understood the situation and only charged the price that was on our room so that inconvenient was solved really fast. It is an incredible hotel that I definitely recommend, its really relaxing and a great experience you should have.

Very nice hotel for relaxation.
Amazing hotel in the middle of nowhere. Such a surprise when you see it after a 15-20 minute bumpy drive from Chivey. Staff were extremely friendly. Food was very good. Nice bar. No gym, but Spa services and pool. It was a beautiful stay.

Nice Hotel but not so good pools
Nice installation, very good rooms, nice view, quiet for relaxing, good food, the only problem is that both pools spa and outside are very cold water almost not recommended to use and are very small, also outside pool is not well care it is dirty. If they change this it will be great hotel.

The best place in the middle of nowhere to relax and enjoy the landscape, amenities and spa. In general, your time there will leave you feeling relaxed and happy. It is exactly what I was looking for.

Fantastic!!
This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. The location is unbelievably beautiful set on the side of a river canyon with water features on site that provide a very peaceful & soothing atmosphere. Great bar & dining room with indoor pool & spa. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel in hidden canyon
Great place,very romantic and clean but probably very remote location restaurant is not what we expected, staff however is very attentive and nice. Overall rating is 3,5 because of restaurant need to be improved a lot

Great place to relax
The hotel is located inside the Colca Valley, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. The location itself makes this hotel unique and difficult to regret, specially if you want to forget your troubles for a couple of days and relax. In addition to the location, the service was impeccable, the room was comfy, the food was tasty and the hotel is quite amusing, as it provides many activities. The indoor pool inside the spa is another pleasant treat if your objective is to relax. I highly recommend it!

Superbe endroit
Un endroit superbe, site très beau et bien aménagé avec soucis du détail. Très grande chambre, très chaude il faut ouvrir la fenêtre pour réduire la température ont a pas trouvé de thermostat. Ça vaut la peine de faire la route de campagne pour si rendre taxi environ 40 PEN Et il faut absolument aller aux bains thermaux juste à côté de l’hôtel pour 10 PEN, apportez vos serviettes.

La limpieza es clave para que el huésped este cómodo, habian mosquitos muertos entre los cubiertos en la zona del desayuno, en las sogas que estaban en la zona peatonal habían telarañas. El estacionamiento está fuera del establecimiento al aire libre, deberian poner un techo.

Mi estancia en este hotel ha sido muy decepcionante, detallo las razones. 1. no he tenido Internet desde que llegué, la razon que me dieron en recepcion es que se solucionaria en unas horas, ya que estaba lloviendo, no tuve internet, desde que llegue hasta que me fui. 2. el Room service demorado con mas de 30 minutos desde que nos dijeron la hora que nos traerian la comida, y no estaba en su estado optimo de temperatura. 3. La habietación estaba fría, nos dijeron que pondrian el sistema de suelo radiante, pero no funciono en ningun momento, tuvimos que pedir un radiador. 4.Como extranjero, y con sello de entrada me cobraron el IGV, debido a que la persona que me hospedaba tenia DNI Peruano, les observe que me cobraran entonces el 50% al ser yo extranjero lo cual no aceptaron. 5. Al cobrarme el IGV, les pedi que entonces facturaran a una empresa peruana, el cual se les dio la razon social, y hoy me han emitido una boleta a mi nombre, en vez de la factura como se les indico. 6. La ilumunacion por la noche del hotel en zonas comunes, muy básicas, llegando a ser casi deficientes, su catálogo y fotos por la noche son muy bonitas y la realidad es otra. En Conclusión, tenia unas expectativas muy altas puestos en este viaje y en este hotel y he salido decepcionado, sinceramente mi apreciación es que este hotel, no esta preparado para dar categoria luxury que ofrecen, y para mi ha sido una experiencia decepcionante, ante ningún tipo de compensación, por todo lo ocurrido.

Muy buena opción para familias con niños
Excelente opción para pasar 2-4 días con la familia y niños pequeños. Nuestra estadía fue muy buena con el personal del hotel ofreciendo y estando siempre disponibles para todos los servicios que ellos indican. Mi única observación fue que no tenían avena en el desayuno (que de todas maneras es bien surtido).

Es un lugar tranquilo, buen ambiente para relajarse, un paisaje maravilloso, todo muy acogedor, buen servicio y sobre todo se puede gozar de las aguas termales que están al lado del hotel.

Bel hôtel au cœur du canyon de la Colca
Hôtel très confortable avec de grandes chambres propres et bien équipées. Très grande baignoire (au moins 2 places) Piscine extérieure trop froide pour moi mais très jolie mais espace SPA avec une piscine intérieure. Très beaux extérieurs avec cascades canalisées dans les jardins, Lamas en guise de tondeuse ( moins bruyant et plus jolie) Le restaurant est sympa avec une dominante de propositions autour des truites très bien préparées L hôtel est sur un site exceptionnel mais loin de tout, donc voiture ou taxi nécessaire

Super Lage, und traumhaft schön
Die Lage direkt neben den heißen Quellen hat uns besonders gefallen. Die gehören zwar nicht zum Hotel sind aber mit ca 1,50€ Eintritt auch nicht teuer. Die Bademäntel und Handtücher dürfen vom Hotel mit rüber genommen werden.

VIAJE CORTO A APUEBLITO ENCANTADO
Déjenme decirle que la estadía fue muy buena no la pude concluir solo me quede un dia me sentí muy mal o algo me cayo mal en lo que comi o simplemente me afecto la altura y no deje de arrojar o vomitar constantemente, llegar al lugar fue muy dificultoso y me tuve que regresar por salud al dia siguiente. Trate de negociar el dia de estadia adicional que no consumi pero me dijeron en recepción que no era posible porque se compro la estadia via Hoteles.com. Igual cancele la totalidad de todo inclusive el IGV El lugar es muy bello pero el acceso y llegar a Chivay debe ser mas comentado para saber que empresas de transportes lo conectan a uno con el Hotel y llegar mejor
