Admiralty Court is a charming, pet-friendly haven nestled in a tranquil residential area, perfect for a family holiday. This comfortable home accommodates five guests with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The highlight is the inviting inground swimming pool and a spacious screened entertaining area, ideal for watching the children play while you sizzle sausages on the Gas BBQ.

* PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

- Linen is NOT supplied at this property. You will need bring your own linen including towels. Linen hire is available from The Laundry Yamba or Coastal Cleaning Services.
- We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies.

The property features a fully fenced yard, welcoming a small outdoor dog, and offers off-street parking in the driveway (note: the garage is not accessible to guests). Inside, the main living area is air-conditioned, with ceiling fans in every room, ensuring comfort throughout. The home is tastefully furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen.

Great pet friendly house

The house was great, with enough room for 12 of us for Christmas lunch! Loved the screened outdoor space - good for the puppers to be outside but not feel left out. A couple of spare toilet rolls in each bathroom would have been nice, especially for a family staying for a week.

Disappointing

There is s certain expectation when booking s Stayz accommodation, and this fell far short. This was a very basic holiday letting. The second bedroom door did not close, as the bed was too big for the room. There were no basics like tea and coffee. The crockery was all crazed. The pool fence is in poor condition and makes a terrible noise when it is windy. I would not recommend
