I’ve lived here for 20 years and never seen a cockroach in a hotel before. I named him bed because he probably lives there. The clerk was nice a gave me a new room after I told him about Bed the cockroach. Also, there was some white substance on the counter. Idk what it was but these two things made me feel like the hotel wasn’t very clean. "
