We had a good stay. Staff at reception and breakfast were excellent. They were friendly and super helpful and were always going above and beyond to make our dining experience as perfect as possible. The made to order eggs were delicious. Reception staff were equally brilliant. They were friendly courteous and went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. The only issue we had was with housekeeping, were our repeated requests to make our room were ignored and in one instance declined by housekeeping staff when approached directly. Finally, when they did make up our room after two days they did not put fresh sheets or pillow cases on our bed. But instead just made up the used sheets.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was included and they had a good variety of food. The pool was fantastic. At the tk.e of our stay, the hot tub jets were not working. (The pump was fine and the water was hot, but jets were not able to be turned in.) We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Staff was Great breakfast was amazing as well . But property amendment where dirty and needed maintenance. Hot tub was extremely dirty as well as pool there was mold in the stair to the pool also when we got to the property we call front desk since we where missing a tv control and they never took it .
