"This hotel was great, transportation was so bad that we ended up staying at hotel the whole time and staff was great, there are so many amenities. Food was good too. Room service was lovely, and the hotel had free shuttle which was a life saver. "

"掃除等は行き届いていましたが、メイン照明の埃と蜘蛛の巣にはぎょっとしました。 あと、プロジェクターのコンセントが3 線式に対し、電源タップが2線式なので、変換アダプターが咬ませてあるのですが、アダプター側のバネが弱いようで、すぐに抜けかけます。トラッキング火災になりかねず危険を感じ、滞在中は抜くようにしていました。 それから、電気ケトルのコンセント周りがタコ足配線も怖かったです。"

"Love this hotel, very very good view of Mt Fuji (from balcony, as well as common area next to breakfast place)! the breakfast was AWESOME! Overall vibe is very chill kind + it is on hill top! awesome! didnt get to try onsen, did most of my relaxation in hotel bathtub. Heard that the reviews for natural onsen (indoor and outdoor) are superb here!!!! Will try the onsen the next time round. Location wise right next to the lake, did a easy walk around ◡̈ cheers! "
