老舗の施設で古きよき日本の旅館という感じでした。 スタッフの方も接客良くて高級旅館に来たなという感じでした。 部屋もお風呂も雪景色も良かったです ご飯もすごく美味しかった また来たいです。

Wi-Fi接続不良の対応を求めたが、係員がWi-Fiについて知識がなかった。前日のゴミが捨ててなかったので、依頼したがそのまま放っておかれた。露天風呂への通路に糞が落ちており、巡回頻度が低いことが伺われた。
