"Great locetion, super spacious room. Friendly staff. Only down side is we are staying at the newly renovated wing but the onsen is at the main hotel which we need to walk a few blocks for everyday breakfast and onsen but other than that we had a great stay"

"友人達と1泊で宿泊しました。部屋も広くて清掃も行き届いている綺麗なホテルです。宿泊予定の1週間前に案内のメッセージが届き、チェックイン方法等や質問等も連絡でやり取りをさせていただきました。当日も問題なくチェックインできました。
一つだけ気になったのは、シャワーの使い方なのかもしれませんが、浴室と脱衣所がバリアフリーでフラットなので、水が脱衣所を通り越して部屋の方まで流れてしまったのでバスマットもビチャビチャになってしまった事ですかね…
それ以外は最高に過ごしやすかったです。ベッ ドも広々と使えて充電もできるし、部屋の明るさ調整も自在だし、オシャレすぎました。7名で使用してもみんなが寛げるゆとりのあるお部屋で旅の疲れを取ることができました。また機会があれば、是非リピートしたいと思います。ありがとうございました。"
