"The team at reception were not friendly, not efficient, and not capable. The first 3 things they (it was 4 people talking to each other behind the reception desk and not in English and obviously talking about me) told me was: NO swimming in the pool cuz it closed at 6pm (actually closes at 7pm). NO dinner reservations at the à la carte restaurant in-house. NO free room upgrade. This was followed by 3 fake information: There is no earlier email from reservation department of Domes Hotel that would ‘try their utmost to upgrade me for my 30th anniversary’ Hotel is 100% sold out for Saturday 2 May 2026. The reservation manager was in a meeting at 9:40am on Sunday 3 May 2027 (probably late for work?). So the total number of hours I was at Domes was 39 hours, of which 20 were sleeping. Of the remaining 19 hours, I spent at least 2 hours waiting for any and every different staff of reception to inform me whether or not I ‘could’ change from the sewerage smelling room they gave me the night before. At first, the response was wait and let me get maintenance to have a look (as if this was a new and sudden problem when in reality, it was sewerage pipes build horizontally instead of at a slant inside the floors from the date the hotel was built). This pre existing problem should have been known to the team at reception and yet they intentionally stuck me in the smelly room for 1 night. This all happened on my only full day in Corfu. No member of reception staff was effective. "

"Stayed for 3 weeks 12 sept - 3rd oct Lovely clean apartments. Didnt feel we needed to wash anything before using. Big seaview balcony & smaller side one off the bedroom, beds comfy. Fully equipped kitchen so you can cook own meals should you wish to do so . Sheets/ towels changed every 2 days. Mary the owner is very nice and pleasant and so is her Mother Ellena and their cleaning lady . Nothing is too much trouble if you need anything . Lounge areas in pretty grounds surrounded by flower beds and olive trees . Fantastic sunsets. Peaceful location which suited us Apartments are a 15/20 mins walk down steep winding road into AG village & beach . However there is a small supermarket just 5 mins walk down the hill . However we would recommend hiring a car from Marys brother @corfu top cars. Wouldn’t hesitate staying here again in the future. Safe, aircon & good wifi all included .You only needed to pay city tax upon arrival . Thankyou all for looking after us. Hope to visit you again x"

"Lovely, spacious villa. Pool is a really good size, it needed a clean on arrival, but this was very quickly rectified and was cleaned regularly throughout the visit. Single track road up to the villa is a bit steep and winding in places, but totally worth it for the view. Pelekas has some lovely restaurants and bars. Recommend walking up to Kaisers Throne for amazing views across Corfu."

"My family and I stayed at Apartment C for a week, wonderful sunset from the veranda and great beaches if you walk for a few minutes. We loved the beaches beyond the Black Rock restaurant, which you can see from the house and it is also a great place to eat all day. The beach is two minutes walk from the house, but I would recommend to walk a couple of minutes either side fir very nice ones. The house is very clean and good for 4 people. We loved the veranda and watching beautiful sunset from there. The kitchen is a bit small, I think a microwave and an extra small cupboard in the house to store food would be very helpful. Maria the owner was very nice and prompt at answering our questions. Check in is very easy. Finding the property was a bit confusing at first as we arrived at night and we missed the junction that takes you to the properties near the sea. It is a very tight and steep bend on the right coming from Corfù. We found easier to make a U turn further down the road, circa 30 minutes down the hill where there is the main entrance to the Pink Palace resort. From there you go back up the Hill and turn left under a metal arch and follow the directions given for the check in. Everyone was lovely and helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely go back. "I stayed at Lido Sofia for 4 days on my trip to Corfu. A beautiful hotel with a a gorgeous pool overlooking Agios Gordios. The view from my balcony was breathtaking, especially at sunset. The staff was very kind and helpful. I was able to rent a car that was right outside the hotel to explore the island, and they let me drive it to the airport the next day to catch my flight and they met me at the airport for drop off. Very convenient! The village is very charming, with many restaurants and shops. Just a short walk downhill to the awesome beach. A few things I would suggest is to provide shampoo and shower gel for guests, and the room could use some updating. But overall, a lovely stay. I’d definitely stay here again! "
