Amazing hotel - drinks were better then most resorts and the full stay was truly all inclusive. I wasn’t super excited about the service or some of the meals but given the price I thought it was still 5 star worthy. I would recommend and be back again.

The facilities were great, the main buffet had amazing variety - we stayed for 5 days and didn't see the same main meals twice. There were also numerous options every night catering for different tastes. The pools were good, but getting a decent bed needed an early rise to secure it. Overall an amazing few days and would definitely recommend for some proper R&R.

This resort has a BEAUTIFUL beach, 2 great pools, very easy to park at, and the food was so far beyond expectations that we gained lots of weight. Their greek specialities at breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent even to our very high standards. And if you are not into Greek food (why would you be in Greece anyway?), all their other offerings were just as extensive. The catered to those with high expectations and even to kids. There was a bar almost everywhere with very, very good drinks. And the sunsets...this was the place...almost anywhere in the hotel you could see the sunset. Hands down, this is a gem!!! Hard to find though. When you come into town, make the turn up the hill by the small supermarket. DON'T head down through town toward the beach!

The resort is beautiful. The views, the pool the beach everything is absolutely amazing. We came for our 10th wedding anniversary. We came during the week and it was very quiet and there was lots of room around the pool and beach. We checked out on Saturday and it was considerably busier compared to the rest of our time there. The buffet was lovely with lots of options that changed with breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were very happy with the food choices. We dined at the Italian one evening and the food was fabulous. The only draw back for us was the bedroom. Right above the bed was a fire alarm that constantly flashed a bright green light every few seconds making it challenging to sleep. As well the buffet was above our room and we were woken every morning by the chairs scraping across the floor. We were on the 4th floor in the main building. So while we had a lovely time at the resort it was not a restful one because we slept poorly.

This is our second stay, in June, 2 years in a row. The room was lovely as it was the year before. We were able to get a swim up room this year and loved it. We never had what some others have mentioned, lack of hot water in the shower. The food at the breakfast buffet was wonderful and not exactly the same every day, very thankful for that. Lucata for my birthday dinner was unbelievably good and service in all restaurants was top notch. The building numbers and elevators can be a bit confusing but once you get it, it's easy. Parking can be tricky but the staff is so accomadating and all you have to do is ask for assistance. Pool area is wonderful, lobby bar has the best sunset views. 10 out of 10. We cannot wait to return

I was very much on the fence about booking this hotel. There were a lot of mixed / negative reviews back in June time, however, after lots of looking kept being drawn to this hotel and beginning to see more positive reviews decided to book. I returned home yesterday, after a fantastic weeks stay! All I can say is if you are on the fence like I was, book the hotel! The sunset views alone are worth the money! We had a swim up room … emailed for block 5 but got the block next to it, which was perfect for views, restaurants, walk to beach etc. We ate at all three Al a carte restaurants … all beautiful. I would rate Greek my favourite, my husbands was the Italian. We ate out two nights at Sebastian’s and Sabbia - recommend both. Both were a short walk along the beach. I was worried about the following … - smells - we had no unpleasant smells in our room, around our room or at restaurants. We did smell a funny smell for a second or two walking to beach and by top pool but was literally a few seconds and went. - housekeeping - our room was cleaned everyday, fresh towels etc and all the housekeeping staff were lovely and work super hard! - service at bars - we had no issues, the bars do get busy but we never had a long wait. I would definitely return! Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay!

Location and views from hotel are amazing. Buffet food was excellent and kept hot and fresh. Some really great staff including Nikos and Mar (and the lady with red hair - sorry forgot your name) at the bars, some not so happy/friendly (Mario ... probably not his name). Reception a bit flakey in terms of smiles to greet people and also providing some services, including an iron. Beach is nice but a bit crowded with uncomfortable beds. Beds and views from the pool area and wider balcony are great. Restaurants pretty good (starters excellent but some mains very average inc. beef fillet). A very good wine list included in AI. The service situation, which has been a big issue in other reviews seems to have been resolved - there were many staff on hand to assist and ensure all needs were met. All in all, a really enjoyable week, and would be happy to return.
