"Never...Never...Never...I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. The service is pathetic, recreation is limited to chess and carom board (basketball and other games are chargeable). No buffet lunch or dinner due to low guest. No entertainment / facilities for kids. Customer service is disgusting (manager is unreasonable and unkind). Never , ever go to this hotel. If you still want to go , god bless you."

"Staff was good. We checked in late night. They didn't have our reservation. They accepted our email confirmation. They gave us a room that was in a building full of construction and dust. It did not match the pictures on the site. Internet did not work. Next day they shifted us to their main building which matched the room pictures in the website.
