"The staff were exceptional, views of Ho Chi Mihn, conveniently located near so many restaurants. The room service and 3rd floor restaurant was delicious, the concierge was wonderful and the hotel is so clean and tidy!"

"I thought the Sky bar was good entertainment good, However what upset me was I asked for my bill to be charged to the room 1 night,And was told I was unable too. But it was ok to do that a couple of nights before. I paid every bill cash in hotel. When I didn’t want to go to my room to my safe to get cash I just said charge it to my room please, And was then told because I hadn’t left a deposit (I Was unsure what they meant)I was unable to charge to my room. In front of people and felt embarrassed. So I would never return to this hotel because of this reason."
