Las sabanas estaban sucias y pedimos que las cambiaran. Fue alguien de servicio a ver el cuarto pero no las cambiaron en el momento. Salimos del hotel y cuando regresamos habían dejado unos calcetines de alguien más en la mesa de noche. Aparte tienen un reglamento muy raro donde entre otras cosas no permiten tener bebidas en la habitación.

Desde la reservación fue buena la atención, al llegar al hotel, todo se dio de acuerdo a lo contratado. La habitación amplia, limpia y todo funcional. Sería bueno poner los precios en las cartas de alimentos.

Exigen el pago desde el momento de la reservación con mensajes por whats diarios. Pagas. Luego no te dejan usar el servicio ya pagado porque tienes que llegar antes de las 8 pm. Porque no hay gente. Yo solo iba a llegar a dormir, por eso no me importaba la calidad del hotel. Si voy a una boda y llego directo a la boda, no pensé que me tendría q preocupar por una noche de hotel que ya pagué pero resulta que sí. Así que VIVA AIR en el que la gente por ganar dinero se pone creativa y no te obliga a llegar a alguna hora o pierdes el servicio. Saludos

El cuarto tenia un olor desagradable. No se si por que nos tocó cerca de una bodega o del restaurante, incluso no se si cerca de algun contenedor de basura. En lo demás, aceptable. El horario del CheckOut estuvo genial.
