"We were in Tainan for a short overnight stay. We were recommended this hotel from my mother in law . Love the location and especially attached to the shopping mall. Provided easy access to shopping and dining options. Room was perfect for us and staff was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, has many local options that made the visit unique and a bushel of charm. For Tainan, I think this is one of the better hotel. Since we visit Tainan often, we will stay here from now on. Thank you "

"Very old and smelly And 6am you can hear ppl preparing meal. Anyway this is not Shangri-La. Can’t think or expect like 5stars Smelly room. Noisy, fix the aircon; pls haha aircon noise I use ear plugs. Anyway I will not visit again so fix or whatever. We went to gym and than came back the room door was opened. However, when we checked in at the LAI Hotel on December 27, the staff informed us that they do not have family rooms to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
