"Lovely two day stay at the Villa in Sanya, away from any crowds and a nice beachfront mostly to ourselves. Breakfast was quite good even if dinner on-site was more average, but quite close to downtown Sanya so plenty of local dining options within easy reach. Very pleasant little retreat!"

The crew were so accommodating, the place extremely clean and modern. It’s close to the beach but not too close making it so quiet. The ocean view from my room was spectacular and serene and most importantly the price is so reasonable. I’m so grateful that Ascott made such a great property in such a great location. "What a wonderful hotel! Very comfortable, cozy, and quiet, with a beautiful garden and pools! Excellent on-site restaurants. Friendly staff. We felt incredibly comfortable the whole time! It may not be the newest hotel, but we've been to neighboring giant hotels, and in terms of comfort and luxurious, relaxed living, we know Sofitel is the best! The children's entertainment area is simply amazing! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Generally the stay was good. All the staff in the hotel were very helpful. The lady who cleaned our room were especially very helpful and always having smile on her face. Downside was Room was pretty old .. and smell of sewage came out from the bathroom every night"
