"The stay was very nice. The hotel is not well versed in English so you may have a little communication issue if you do not know Chinese. There was one Manager, Richard, he was great. He was fluent in English and was always helpful and happy to help and translate. We spoke with him for almost anything we needed during our stay. The breakfast is worth the extra money to get. "Our rooms were spotlessly clean and the attention to detail with towels etc. The breakfast was so good a great buffet and we also had dinner their....A very big thank you to BEN and PETER that had been amazing, for there help in organizing a taxi for our pick up in Shanghai, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a taxi organised, it was there, again thank goodness their is good staff that do a great job...."
