The hotel was truly excellent and the breakfast was the best I ever had in any hotel. I am an executive and travel around the world.
The beverages manager mixed an amazing espresso martini and the concierge were super helpful.

Upgraded the room at own cost. The upgraded room is fantastic.
The hotel staff are generally very good. A little complaint about the wake-up call, which was 22 minutes late.

Just can't thank enough to the manager Jingsi (Jasmine) for exceptional hospitality and assistance she treated us with during our stay.
Also, very special thanks to the kitchen staff and chef Lui for catering for my wife by preparing special gluten free metal options.

A beautiful hotel and one I will definitely return to. The rooms are clean and housekeeping is diligent. Without prompting, they were kind enough to try a second time to clean my room as I had it on DND around 11:30. Staff are all friendly and accomodating. The man that was serving coffee in the cafe beside the lobby gave me a free snack with my coffee that he ensured fit my dietary requirements.
I cannot think of a negative quality in the 3 nights I spent there.

The staff are amazing and the hotel standard as a whole was far better than expected. The room was cleaned beautifully every day including all new towels, robes, slippers, bottled water etc
Having Wanda Plaza just next door is a big plus.... there are lots of places to eat (maybe 100?) including Chinese (obviously), Italian, Greek and plenty more.... and a few big chain's (Starbucks, McDonalds, KFC). The Plaza has mostly the same brands you would expect in a western mall...... And a Walmart...
