"Impressed and touched by every staff at reception during our 7 nights stay. Especially Ms Ellen. Due to repair works taking place on or below the 15th floor we stayed, our room was upgraded to 26th floor. Ms Ellen ran extra miles when I asked for information on an unheard of village some 200km away. She made calls, location search and how to get around and about. "While I was initially a little disappointed by the small and old hotel lobby, I changed my mind once I checked into my room. The view from my room was phenomenal. The bed was very comfortable, with special buckwheat pillows, and I slept very well during my stay. The bathroom also had a useful smart toilet. These two things—along with the friendly and helpful hotel manager, Mr. Li— made my stay at this hotel worthwhile."
