Very Nice Stay in Xenia
My husband and I stayed at this home for a week, so we could enjoy cycling the local trails. It was a pleasant stay, and the proximity to trails was superb. The home was just as advertised, and there were no surprises.

Such a cool house with a good mix of historic character, modern conveniences and lovely artwork. It was the perfect size for our family of 3. We liked that it was in a quiet neighborhood in a cute town, and not far from Yellow Springs and the beautiful state parks/nature preserves

Great choice if your biking
This place was great close to the bike trails and plenty of amenities. There are a lot of junkies lurking about but don't walk down any dark allys and you will be just fine. We had a great 4 days of fun

Decent location relative to Dayton & Wright Patt AFB. Beds were comfortable. Cute decor overall. Code for key box was already there, so really anyone could’ve accessed the property if they tried. Some large spiders greeted us from above the front door. Not the owners fault, but you’ve been warned. We had a later flight and just wanted to shower then go to bed when we got to the house. Surprise. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Very disappointing. We bought stuff the next morning and finally got to shower. Well, the tub wouldn’t drain. My husband pulled a huge hairball out of the drain (ew) and it was better. There were several long blonde hairs in the bed my daughter slept in. The couch in the living room was upholstered with literally the cheapest plastic ever. Also, not comfy. Below wal mart quality. Overall it was an ok stay for what we needed, but prob wouldn’t stay here again.

Overall Great but lawn quite overgrown
The interior was quaint, clean, and lovely. The beds were comfortable, including the pillows. The issue was the exterior of the house. The grass hasn’t been mowed in quite some time. We were looking forward to sitting on the back porch and relaxing, but because the grass was so long, we didn’t want to sit out with all the bugs. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
