The hotel's computer system was crashed on my arrival around midnight. I was told to find another hotel such as Holiday Inn about 10 min away. I said this was not my fault, they should communicate with Holiday Inn and secure a room for me instead of my going there blindly at the midnight. They refused to do so. They did not have any back up plans for emergency like computer crash, and they did not know how to take care their customers at their own fault. In addition, not only there was no compensation (such as cash offer or discount night, etc), but I had to call in several times before taking to the manager and waited more than a week to get the refund. If I did not call, I would not even get my money back. Terrible management and not professional at business level.
