"Room- 2 bed family suite was lovely and kept really clean by brilliant housekeeping. Air con not as cold as I would like and did need fixing during our stay but this was always done quickly Location- Town easy and quick to walk to in around 5-10 mins Food- buffet has plenty of options and food always hot. Empty plates removed very quickly and food is replenished before it runs out. Very efficient. Barista coffee, self service soft drinks wine and beer, self service ice cream machine, the place has everything. Air con- this was my fav thing. Every inside place is air conditioned so you can eat in a nice cool space. It is very needed as a brief rest from the heat outside. Restaurant is cool, foyer is cool, corridors are cool, entertainment bar is cool. Completely the opposite of Spain who have banned air conditioned spaces so you melt there!! Entertainment- low key in one place called Juniper. This is large bar with table drinks service all included as I was all inclusive. Lovely staff would keep adding free peanuts or crisps or popcorn to our table which was a nice idea. Drinks are premium brands and it is clear which ones you can and can’t have in all inc as payable are marked with *. The entertainment is just a singer but it is ok for us as we played cards like most families. However Hilton do need to add an additional venue as this one became full and people had nowhere else to go Sunbeds with parasols are plentiful Will I return? Oh yes for sure!!"

"Been a few years since we booked this hotel ,and to be honest there's a big difference. Lovely little garden and spotlessly clean all around .The bar as had a really lovely refurbishment, so much better .For a budget hotel you cant really moan .Nice comfortable beds and room serviced every day .Staff are great ,loved the Italian man on reception so friendly and helpful , think he said his name was Cowie?.,but anyway nice bloke. Anyway for what we paid in that time of the year was a bargain for the four of us.Breakfast ,we ordered at the table and was freshly cooked and ok. It's a little bit out of the way to the main square if you have walking difficulties but on the whole we enjoyed it"

"This was absolutely one of the best hotels/apartments that we have stayed in. Self check-in was SUPER easy, the host met us at the property to provide some logistical information and a complimentary bottle of wine. When ever we needed anything, they were only a WhatsApp call/message away. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially for a larger family or group. 10/10 highly recommend!!"

"Can’t really go wrong with this hotel. Stayed here for 5 nights. Rooms were clean, very well organised. I had a top floor room (405) and had a balcony that faced the sea and the pool. AC was broken at first but the maintenance staff were so quick to repair it, didn’t even need to ask twice. The Nepali maintenance man made my stay absolutely perfect and deserves a raise as every time I saw him, he was working so hard and determined to do a good job at everything he put his mind to. Be sure to keep the AC on when you’re not in the room though, else you’d be greeted with a boiling hot room on your return. The receptionists at first left a really bad impression: they couldn’t offer any advice on things to see (one instead suggesting I use Google rather than asking her). However, that same receptionist turned out to really care about her job after she scoured every room looking to return a lost phone to the rightful owner. So they do care, they’re just curt and not enthusiastic about being there. Location is quite bad unless you want to be away from everything. It’s not actually in St Paul’s Bat proper, but rather in Xemxija, a small suburb on the outskirts of St Paul’s Bay. Still, plenty restaurants; a few shops; a fresh fruit market. We had everything we needed and didn’t mind the quiet."

"Staff primarily made a business trip feel like pleasure. At all levels throughout the property all staff were always helpful, attentive and genuinely friendly. 'Simone, Pardeep, Sandeep, Varica, Naveen, Poojay, Lavish, Darko and Arif' a few to particularly mention but my apologies to the many more. Rooms extremely well soundproofed, food fabulous and a great clean pool and area within the hotel..... Very well located for all that St Pauls and Buggiba offers. I look forward to returning...."

"Probably the best location in St Paul’s bay. Just off the main busy tourist area. Lovely pool area, plenty of sun beds. Beds were comfy and balcony overlooking the pool and the bay. Breakfast was good, and plenty of it. As with all buffets a bit of pot luck as to how fresh the hot food was when you turn up. The only issue preventing me giving the hotel an outstanding review was the maintenance. Considering this was the start of the season it seems that little work had been done on maintenance. The pool floor was stained, the fence to the baby pool was rotten, the door to the shower was beginning to rot and the bedroom ceiling tiles were ill fitting Other than that it is a great hotel!"

"great property for holidays, full air conditioning, immaculately clean, very spacious. we enjoyed living room and kitchen area, all the utensils, very thoughtful equipment with shopping bags, tuperware for on the go snacks, water pitcher, multiple coffee appliances. basic spices, tea, coffee and wine, water, beer - all provided. extra beach towels supplied and beach parasol. only thing we couldn't figure out the extraction hood remote above the cooker, more for the light in the evening than using it for cooking, the retractable awning on the balcony kept folding every 20mins or so, same with the pool jets they kept coming on every now and again despite us turning them off. parking around the building is generally okay, we managed to find it every time. big and well stocked supermarket literally next door. not too close to the beach but there is a direct bus and plenty of buses stop right outside. bonus for the recycling station for all the cans and bottles. host was very quick to respond and very friendly. well maintained, very quiet. would recommend for Malta stay and would be back if we ever come back to Malta"
