There’s nothing negative I could say about this hotel It was beautiful, clean and in perfect location. Staff always available for assistance, would definitely stay again.

Had to ask to move room as the original one had no window/balcony and next to a noisy server room! We stayed 5nights and for 2/3 of them only had one lift in use. The staff are friendly and helpful but not huge amount of information provided. Overall a nice stay but a few things made it somewhere I wouldn’t stay again (moving room, cold pool on roof top, bathroom layout difficult to get in and out, breakfast ok not a huge choice but again kind of had to work things out for yourself). Could be great but too many little silly things and I believe there are far better hotels in the area especially for the money paid.

We flew from Canada for ten days in September. When picking a hotel in Malta, I was very dubious about booking here because it was brand new and there weren’t many reviews. My husband wanted to book here so I didn’t complain and went with his wishes. Oh boy!!! Are we glad we did!! Hotel was fantastic, I have nothing bad to say at all, everything was modern, clean and you could tell no expense was spared in building. We would recommend this hotel a 1000 times over. Infinity pool was just beautiful. Special mentions to Maqsood for always being friendly and accommodating at breakfast. Mike the regional manager for some great tips and advice, lovely friendly guy. And last but not least Ayoub & Picachu from O’sole rooftop for the delicious cosmo’s and great friendly banter. It was a long 22 hour journey from Canada but one we would do again. Good job Innside by Melia Bugibba.
