The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was simple, but good. The pool was very nice and warm. We didn’t get to try the restaurant as they were closed for Christmas. But we heard from other guests that was very good. Overall, a great stay.

Hotel bom para uma cidade pequena, mas não tem isolamento acústico nenhum, vc escuta usarem o banheiro completo de cima , além de ficarem bravos comigo quando perguntei se aceita PETS , sendo que no SITE DELES e no APLICATIVO, consta que NÃO É PERMITIDO ANIMAL DE ESTIMAÇÃO…. Mas tinha animais de estimação latindo que tive que trocar de quarto para não ficar escutando o animal latir o tempo todo.

Tem potencial, mas precisa se profissionalizar. A atendente Aline parace que nao tem vontade de trablhar, sem cortesia com cliente e mal humorada. Decepcionante. O cachorro do hotel estava solto, caminhando nas dependências do hotel e na parte da tarde, ao entrar no estabelecimento fui MORDIDO. Ninguém fez nada! Simplesmente observaram e depois recolheram o cachorro. Revoltante. Na minha saída informarsm que passariam a informação à gerente e só. REVOLTANTE.
