"La propiedad está cerrada aún cuando la luz de la administración están encendidas, me tocó más de media hora esperando cuando otras 2 personas tenían 2 horas, no dan información y me ví obligado a buscar otro sitio sobre las 19:30 horas, ya que nunca nadie asistio más tarde una empleada del turno matutino nos indicó que ella tenía varias horas de haber salido y que no había atención de servicio."

"Un buen lugar PET friendly para desconectarse y relajarse. No hay mucho que hacer así que es necesario tener eso en mente. El restaurante muy rico pero con horarios limitados. Hay zonas restringidas solo para huéspedes y a veces no tienen tacto para decirlo. En estos no hay nadie en recepción."

"Il y avait une cuisine mais aucune vaisselle ni chaudrons ou quoi que ce soit pour préparer la nourriture. Nous avions notre nourriture, mais évidement nous n'avions pas apporté nos chaudrons du Canada au Mexique. Ça nous a mis dans une situation difficile. En plus il n'y avait aucun signal ni wifi pour le téléphone et l'Internet. À part ça l'endroit était quand-même bien. Nous avons grimpé le volcan, c'était absolument épique. Aussi le prix était trop élevé. "
