The good, it's clean, the location is perfect. The bad, the sound proofing in this building is non existent and you can hear everything. The dogs that don't stop barking next door, the owner who watches TV super loud for hours, the staff that use speaker phones on full blast, the metal doors slamming, the party that was here until 2am with a kareoke set up, the people having sex in the room next me that sounded like they were in my room, they weren't even unusually loud...other than that, its over priced, the fridge is on a different floor from the "kitchen". Still, Xalapa is one of the coolest places in Mexico so I'd do it again😂

Our stay at this hostel was good, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a 1 bunk bedroom and the area was clean (including the bathroom). The staff even took care of our luggage for a couple of hours while we came back from a trip. Our only complaints are that the shower barely had any pressure, one of the lockers didn't close, and that the window was open when we arrived, so the room had mosquitoes inside. Overall, if you are familiar with hostels, this is a good/ accessible place to stay.

It was within walking distance of the concert venue, my reason for coming to Xalapa. There was a beautiful cafe within walking distance, with great food called Cafe Elos.

La habitación estaba descuidada, cuando nos recibieron nos dieron las indicaciones y dentro de ellas estaba que no se podía hacer ruido y resulta que ellos muy conchas tomando su café haciendo ruido por la mañana y por la noche hacia frío y solo nos proporcionaron una frasada, yo iba a festejar su cumpleaños de mi pareja y no pude ni cantaroe las mañanitas porque no se podía hacer ruido

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado en la zona centro de Xalapa. El personal de recepción te explica todo lo que necesitas saber y se contactan contigo durante todo tu viaje. Disfruté mucho el café de cortesía en las mañanas. Seguramente lo consideraré en mis futuros viajes.

Esta bien ubicado y la limpieza es buena, solo que en recepción todo lo tienes que preguntar no hay un servicio completo de información y orientación. Las cortinas de la habitación eran muy cortas y no cubrían la ventana, no hay privacidad. No dan toallas y la clave del wifi la tienes que pedir. Hay demasiado ruido en los pasillos. No cuentan con amenidades como TV, ni ventilador. Los pasillos como salida de emergencia muy pequeños y escaleras pequeñas, por lo que hay peligro. Muy incómodo para subir maletas grandes.

El hotel no tenía agua y prometieron tener el servicio a las 6:30 pm sin embargo no llegó aunque otras habitaciones si tuvieron el servicio, el personal muy despota y a pesar de que se pidió el reembolso para irnos a otro hotel nos lo negaron y pasamos pésima noche
