"The apartment was new and spotless. The service was exceptional, polite and professional - especially on the last day when after checking out, we could take a shower and use their refreshments. Check in was also easy despite no staff being around as the whole process is well planned and communication good. However, reception is only staffed from 10am til 5pm so if there are issues, these do not get resolved easily, eg we had no TV for a couple of days despite reporting it twice. Also the pool...

"This hotel is quite old, frequented by the local population and has character. It is in a great location to explore the Mdina and Rabat. "The property was easily accessible but parking spaces was limited but available near or walking distance.Staff was friendly,helpful as the heater was not working at first but was quickly fixed.The room was good with facilities like hob,kitchen utensils,fridge, kettle(but little bit rusted),etc but tv was not working.Bathroom was in good condition but shower water was little bit low and no shower gel& tissues.Overall it was a good night stay and would recommend to anyone who want to stay there."

"Excellent stay. Just a short walk from the sea front.Very nice room with very comfortable bed and top quality bed linen. The only slight downside was the quality of the clothes hangers in the wardrobe, they were somewhat past their best. Very clean throughout. "What a lovely place, the centre/town square is like 5 minutes walk.There are stores all around the area, giving you so much choices for booking things like sightseeing buses to see the north and south of Malta… or boat trips. The Malta aquarium is walking distance from the guest houses hotel. We’ve done it all! it’s been a wonderful experience and the hosts are so friendly and helpful absolutely adorable, I wish them a successful business, and prosperity."

"There are no elevators in this property, and the stairs are narrow and made of stone. Carrying a suitcase up to the second floor was a challenge, and carrying it down after my stay was a bit dangerous and no one to help. The property does make a point of stating that there is no elevator so i did know what to expect before booking a room. Also, extending my check out time by an hour was denied - i could have parked my luggage at a hotel at the other end of town, which would have meant either...
