Right next to Mdina—perfect location for an early morning or evening stroll through the streets of this ancient town. Delicious breakfast included. We’d definitely stay here again!

The room was very neat and tidy. All the staff was very nice. Breakfast good awhich was included in the price. The evening meals was good too which was not included in the price, but you got discount for staying at the hotel. Would definitely go back.

“Point de Vue is in a fantastic location just outside the gates of Mdina and close to the attractions in Rabat. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The rooftop offers a wonderful view. Its Asian restaurant serves delicious, impressive food. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.”

Nice but not deluxe

Lovely place very comfy beds and breakfast was nice . We booked a deluxe double room looked nothing like the pictures and there was no fridge and handles missing from the furnishings.

Staff were very welcoming. Room was basic but clean and sufficient for 1 nights stay. Excellent aircon. Walkable to the old city of Mdina and relatively easy to find parking. Bonus was the breakfast, not a buffet but full breakfast menu. Fantastic.

I was visiting Mdina for a day and moving on to Mosta. The Point of View was about 200m from the front gate and close to the bus station for onward travel. Room was quiet with an ensuite shower and toilet facilities. Staff were polite and welcoming so nothing to complain about.

Easy to park and great location to everything in Malta. Breakfast was one of the best. Staff was friendly and very nice. Old building right in front of the Mdina gate. Small, but I wasn’t there to spend a lot of time in the room. I wanted to see all the heritage sites. Also, had a balcony with views of the Mdina.

Very nice people working. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were not. Parking was pretty easy (I think we got lucky that there was space in the lot in front). Our shower leaked on the bathroom floor and made a huge puddle, we think there is some sort of leak. Bathroom is VERY warm. AC in the room worked great! WiFi reaches the room. No elevator to top floors.

This hotel is quite old, frequented by the local population and has character. It is in a great location to explore the Mdina and Rabat. The windows of the dining room look out onto a beautiful vista in the valley below.Unfortunately, our room did not have a view or much natural light coming through the shuttered window. Our updated room was small with a double bed and single bed, so not a lot of room for two, but the shower was new and everything was clean. The room had a kettle available to make coffee and tea. The proprietors were friendly and helpful when approached and the breakfast options were varied, delicious and our young man who served us made the best cappuccino so far on our trip! All things considered, our stay was quite pleasant at Point de Vue.

The property is walkable to Medina and near bus stop. It was advertised that there is parking but very hard to find parking because the property is near a tourist area. We had to check out early and I asked the manager to provide us a breakfast box but he never did. Also this property has no elevator.

Excellent location. Steps away from main gate of walled town of MDINA. Huge free car park across the street. Easy walking to RABAT sights. But hotel is below average, 1-star quality dump.

A wide difference between the photos and the reality of this hotel. It situated between a petrol station and a major road. The air conditioning did not work, the fuse went, the window frames were rotten. Good breakfast, very central and helpful staff. But it is overpriced.
