"The room was good but very noisy in the night due to work going on in the basement. The pipes run through the room from basement. Fire alarm woke me up early am. Staff very friendly specially house keeping. Need to streamline check in and check out needs efficiency."

"Very very poor standard, with damp walls that were flaking, 90% lights that did not work, no hot water in sink for shaving, exposed sockets, only 1 towel poor breakfast etc etc far too many to list. I have taken photographs as well as a video, which i will happily share"

"Absolutely marvellous place. Security very friendly, early check in with upgrade. Room excellent. Breakfast fabulous and also we had a delightful roof top evening meal. Laundry a little expensive but a great stay overall."

"This is a train still operating on coals - lots of attention and maintenance in rooms are needed. The daily room service is done only when you ask for it. Unclean hot water [tanks to be replaced]. Pollution is even indoor."

"Personeel is beleefd. Ze proberen je zo goed te helpen. De locatie is de hele dag open, en het personeel is grotendeels op de dag aanwezig. Bij stroomuitval hebben ze het snel opgestart met hun generator. Echter was er schimmel in de kamer en is het is de deur niet goed, alles in de hal is duidelijk te horen."
