Wonderful place to stay! I have stayed at several different hotels in Pakistan and now I will always stay at Avari. The staff make the difference. Special Kudo's to Saba in the restaurant and Uzair at the front desk and Mishal in housekeeping.

It was disappointing that the rooms were not ready at check-in, although I had booked almost a month in advance. The attending staff and dining were great, but the property conditions were not so good. The air conditioner water started dripping from the ceiling, and it took two front desk calls and almost 20 minutes for someone to come and fix it. Overall, it was a good experience.

I liked the responsiveness of reception to address issues with the room I stayed in. Most of the staff were friendly. However, check-in and check-out process was unnecessarily slow and inefficient. A nice experience in Lahore

Staff are super friendly, location is good (on the Mall). The hotel has everything you need in terms of facilities, but things are a bit run down and showing their age. Nothing that causes a major inconvenience though, other than maybe the poor soundproofing. Staff are friendly but I found the fact that they need to check your room a few times per day (mini bar check, "do you have laundry?" etc.) a bit annoying.

I was really happy with the service until my last day of stay. I ordered vegetarian biryani at night. I can't eat at many places in Pakistan because I am vegetarian. I always looked forward to eating biryani every day after my long day. However, on my last day, I found pieces of chicken in my vegetarian biryani. I wanted to talk to the Avari food manager or anyone, but nobody got back to me.

Excellent and memorable services. I booked for 2 night and I got to the hotel at 9 am and they let me check in and had the excellent breakfast at the same time. I didn’t have to eat outside because the restaurants and excellent clean food and a great buffet. Not exceeding 12 to 15 us Dollars. Walking distance to money exchange and a great shopping area. On can hire the car service see all the major attractions and Wagah Border for about 75 to 100 dollars for the day. It charges by hour and km. About 30 us cents a km and About 2.25 dollars and hour. Staff are extremely polite. Lahore is beautiful but foggy. Will definitely recommend this hotel. It also have free efficient pick up and drop off at the airport. A safe and hospitable Pakistan. Will love to return one day.
