"This rental was amazing. The unit was exceptionally clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was more than the usual blah hotel version; very large, very fresh and very tasty. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars through was I had been getting notifications of messages from host pre check-in, but no message appeared. All in all it only took an additional 5 or 10 minutes to check in. I would definitely stay there again."

"This place is lovely! The decor is tasteful and really brings you back in time, everything is clean, well cared for and done with a lot of thought to make your getaway exceptional. I was shocked to find picnic baskets/blankets readily available as well as beach bag/towels, bicycles and lawn games are all set up. The gardens are gorgeous and maintained nicely. "We loved our stay here! Very close to water, we enjoyed getting a morning complementary coffee and walking down to the water in the morning. The owner was there during breakfast to make sure everything was being refilled and kept fresh for breakfast. The room and bathroom were both very clean and house keeping came every day to clean and give fresh towels. I will definitely be rebooking here next year!"

"1- The staff was friendly and helpful; 2- Breakfast was good; 3- The bed was comfortable except for the pillows; 4- The bathroom was clean except for some hair found in the tub; 5- The room was comfortable enough, however, the rugs need a good cleaning and the hallways too; Taking everything into consideration, we had a great 2 night stay visiting downtown Mystic, the Aquarium, the Seaport, and Olde Mistick Village with our daughter and granddaughter."

"Enjoyed the location on the beach. Disappointed that they did not clean the rooms AT ALL. When we checked out we were told they don’t clean unless specifically requested THE EVENING before. Sand was all over the room and on the sheets. Had to go find more clean towels on our own. When checking out the girl told us this was because of Covid. Seriously??? It’s 2026. Covid is long over. They should charge LESS then!! I was searching for clean towels and linens every day. Staff not overly friendly."

"The hotel was visually beautiful except the elevator carpets needed to be vacuumed or cleaned. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean. I loved the shower. The only complaint was the coffee wasn't to good. I would reconsider the type of coffee you use. Other than that we will use this hotel when we stay in tge area. Thank you ."
