"This was a new facility when we checked in, it had only been open 9 days. The first night I stayed I would have said it was great, no complaints. So great, that we wanted to extend our stay. The manager told me that the hotel was booked, she wasn't rude nor was she helpful or approachable. I ended up booking another night through Expedia.
