Large apartment. Kitchen very well laid out with induction cooktop and appliances. No microwave. Large kitchen/eating area and large bedroom with king sized bed and sofa bed. Pedestal fan in room a bonus for those warm summer nights! Building itself is ongoing refurbishment. And there is no lift/elevator. 1 km from main railway station and about 100m from tram/bus-stop. Very easy access to the city. A great holiday rental in a wonderful historic town.
